Circling Back To: Thomas Gensemer

Thomas Gensemer was CEO and managing partner of Blue State Digital, which created the online strategy for the first Obama presidential campaign, when he was a featured speaker in Quantum's Media Guru series in 2009.
Today, Gensemer is chief strategy officer at Public Policy Holding Co. (PPHC), a group of advisory firms specializing in government affairs and political marketing. PPHC works with more than 500 clients.
