Circling Back To: Jonas Bonnier

Jonas Bonnier was President and CEO of the Bonnier Corporation in 2012, when he was a featured speaker in Quantum's Media Guru series.
Bonnier Corporation, a family-owned international media company, began as a bookshop more than 200 years ago. Under Jonas Bonnier, it acquired 18 magazines from Time Inc., turning Bonnier Corporation and its American partner, World Publications, into one of the largest consumer publishing groups in the U.S.
Bonnier stepped down as CEO in 2013 but remained as chairman of the board.
In addition to his corporate roles, Bonnier has been a journalist, screenwriter, and novelist. His thriller, "The Helicopter Heist," published in 2019, is a novel based on the true story of a Swedish robbery plot.
