Quantum Media, a media management consulting firm founded in New York City in 1998, has been named by Forbes and Statista Inc. as one of “America’s Best Management Consulting Firms 2020,” after a rigorous two-part independent survey process. Read the full published story.

More than 7,500 management consulting firm partners and executives were surveyed covering 16 industries and 16 functional areas. Through recommendations the most recommended management consulting firms were identified—223 total in the U.S. Quantum Media was included in four different categories: “Internet, Media & Entertainment,” “Digital Transformation,””Marketing, Brand & Pricing,” and “Strategy.”

“We are so gratified to be given this honor,” said Ava Seave, a Principal with Quantum Media. “We love nothing more than helping our clients succeed, excel, and transform themselves when needed, and this award acknowledges our efforts.”

She continued, “We have to believe that the frequent Media Guru fireside chats we have held at the Harvard Business School Club of New York—for 22 years now!—played a part in this. We have hosted the most amazing media leaders, from all over the world.”

In addition, she cited Quantum Media as having been in on the ground floor of the digital transformation of so many media companies. “This, of course, was one of the most difficult challenges our industry ever faced, and we were well positioned to tackle it early on,” she said.

Quantum Media’s consulting work has spanned every aspect of the media business, from developing an Internet business strategy for a Fortune 500 company to advising a young entrepreneur on launching a niche digital product. Unlike the Principals of most consulting firms, Quantum Media’s five Principals all have held operating positions in major media companies, as CEOs, Presidents, and General Managers. Of the eight Principals and Senior Consultants, six hold MBAs (three from Harvard, one from Stanford, one from Wharton and one from NYU), one holds an MS in Educational Psychology and one holds a PMD from Harvard.
